MY WORK WITH THE CITY CAFE

The City Cafe is one of Edinburgh's most recognisable venues: an American diner and bar just off the Royal Mile that has been part of the city's food and nightlife scene since the 1980s. From all-day breakfasts and milkshakes to late-night DJs and live music, the venue runs two distinct identities under one roof.

Over four years, from 2021 to 2024, I worked as their photographer and videographer, developing a consistent stream of multimedia content across every aspect of the brand.

That included social media content, live menu photography and dedicated work for Sign City, the karaoke bar downstairs, capturing the energy and personality of both spaces to support their promotion across digital channels.
