Millie Sophia Cromwell is the founder of Pocket Pilates, a boutique Pilates studio in Puerto Banús, Marbella, where she teaches mat and machine Pilates, hosts retreats and mentors new instructors.

This production was a multi-camera recording of her certification course, a course that trains coaches on how to become coaches. It was captured in the studio from multiple angles and edited into a polished e-learning experience for her online platform.
