MY WORK WITH LE BISTROT

Le Bistrot is the French bistro of the House of France, home of the Institut français d'Écosse in the former Lothian Chambers on West Parliament Square, where George IV Bridge meets the Royal Mile in Edinburgh's Old Town. The kitchen serves classic French cooking from breakfast to dinner: onion soup, boeuf bourguignon, moules marinières and steak frites.

Videography for the venue came from me, Gorka Di Capitan: filming made to show what words on a menu never can. The film goes from the stone front on the square into the kitchen, the dining room and the bar. The stills further down come from it.
