MY WORK WITH LE BISTROT

Le Bistrot is the French bistro of the House of France, home of the Institut français d'Écosse in the former Lothian Chambers on West Parliament Square, where George IV Bridge meets the Royal Mile in Edinburgh's Old Town. The kitchen serves classic French cooking from breakfast to dinner: onion soup, boeuf bourguignon, moules marinières and steak frites.

I produced videography for the venue: filming made to show what words on a menu never can. The full material is available on request, and this page will grow with the collaboration.
