MY WORK WITH HI TEA

Hi Tea is a bubble tea shop on Frederick Street in Edinburgh's New Town, part of the wave of trendy tea spots that took over the city, with a sleek, modern space built for bubble tea lovers.

In 2021 I produced a b-roll style promotional video for their newest opening, following the preparation of one of their most popular drinks, the Oreo Bubble Tea, from the first pour to the final swirl.

The video captured the care behind each drink: close-ups of the ingredients, the textures and the process. It became one of my most-watched commercial pieces on YouTube.
