MY WORK WITH BURGERS AND BEERS

Burgers and Beers Grillhouse sits on Edinburgh's Royal Mile, a few steps from St Giles' Cathedral, behind a flower covered archway that has become a small landmark of its own. Inside it is all exposed stone, neon signs and deep red light: a proper burger joint with an open kitchen, a cocktail bar and a menu built around big stacks, wings, ribs and cold pints.

I started working with them in 2026, covering the full range of what the venue does. That means food photography of their burgers, ribs, wings and loaded hot dogs, a dedicated cocktail session behind the bar, and documentary style coverage of the atmosphere, from the kitchen pass to the terrace tables out on the street.

The galleries on this page come from those first sessions together: the food, the drinks and the people that make the place feel the way it does, shot for their social media and digital platforms.
