Ayren Honey is a hybrid athlete coach based in Edinburgh, specialising in HYROX training, strength, conditioning and mindset coaching.

This personal brand shoot, shot by me, Gorka Di Capitan, was built to capture both sides of his work: the coaching itself, hands-on sessions with clients on the gym floor, and the community energy that defines his group training.
