The Bailie Bar is one of Edinburgh's most beloved traditional pubs, nestled in the heart of Stockbridge, one of the city's most characterful neighbourhoods.
I have been working with The Bailie since 2021, starting with pub photography, social media content and managing their online presence during the early years, building a visual identity that reflected the warmth and character of the venue. Over the last two years the relationship has evolved into something more ambitious. I produced a full commercial video for their website, showcasing the best of what The Bailie has to offer, a cinematic piece that incorporates 3D animation techniques including a simulated aerial flyover sequence to open the film with a sense of place and arrival.
Beyond the video, I have also designed and built their new website from scratch, a complete digital presence that brings together the history, atmosphere and offering of one of Stockbridge's most iconic pubs into a single, cohesive online experience. From the first social media post in 2021 to a full commercial production and a new website in 2026, this is what a long term creative partnership looks like.
