I have been working with Encore Edinburgh since the day they opened their doors, a late-night Parisian-inspired speakeasy and cocktail bar tucked beneath West End Brasserie (formerly known as Ryan's of Edinburgh) on Hope Street in Edinburgh's West End. From the very beginning I became part of their visual identity, covering everything from event photography and videography on their most vibrant nights to carefully crafted cocktail and food photography that captures the theatrical essence of the venue.

 

Beyond the camera, I have been an active part of their marketing team, contributing to the visual strategy that shapes how Encore presents itself online and attracts new guests through its doors night after night.
